Nashville artist Grizzy Grey’s newly released track “Favorite Regular” was presented to me through Instagram earlier this week and now I’m dreaming of paying a visit to Music City for a little live hip hop action. While I dream, I will be here in Denver letting Grizzy’s music pulse through me as I swing my hips and tap my feet and flail my arms in my kitchen when no one else is home.

Getting Down and "Chitchatting" It Up
What is there to say besides “wow”? Honestly, just wow. Denver’s own Madison Kwon (singer-songwriter) and Josh Kern (guitar player, singer-songwriter, producer, and everything in between) have come together to bless us with the wonder that is chitchat.
The late Mac Miller's "Circles"
Mac Miller’s album “Circles” is best understood within the context of his entire discography. In taking the time to dive into Miller’s music, I’ve seen that his story appears to be the classic chase after stardom.

The 21-year-old Charlotte native brings us an EP filled with braggadocio, grit and somber aggression. Truly aiming to kill.

John Vincent III
John Vincent III is the man of your folk pop dreams, coming to carry you through whatever you’re facing – longing, loving, aching, healing, crashing, growing. You name it, he’ll get you through.
Pyramid VRITRA – 2019
VRITRA’s musical career, though in motion for what is likely a lifetime, greatly came to fruition with the inception of Jet Age of Tomorrow, a satellite outfit of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, one of the two groups signed to the label along with The Internet.
Easy Life's "Junk food" EP
3 mixtapes in, Easy Life’s Junk Food professes their signature, lethargically desirous affect amid a jazz-informed, melancholic pop landscape. Their songs are distinctly coming-of-age, with a buoyant youthfulness that seems suffocated by the austerity of adulthood.
East Beast - East Beast
This record is everything anger is supposed to be. It’s like chewing metal, not tinfoil but f***ing steel, not because you want to but because you know you have to every once in a while.
Meet Remington McFadden of Urban Gorillas in East Atlanta
Urban Gorillas also known in short as UG, started back in 2010 when I was in college at East Carolina University. My friend, Clayton, actually came up with the name. We would always play the hit game Call of Duty and run it as a team. One day we were killin’ it and he just blurted out “We’re running this like a bunch of Urban Gorillas!” I was in the School of Business at ECU and…

Mac Miller – Good News
In a time that exploits one celebrity death after another with posthumous releases that don’t embody the energy captured by the artist when they were still alive, Good News feels electric with the energy of Mac.

Now I was definitely aware of this guy from his Mizu Nation edits and music here and there, but when Shawn May posted a clip on Instagram, I had to tap in.

Call Me By Your Name, PL’s third complete project, released on major streaming services in the first week of 2020, under LIFE 2 Records, a joint effort owned and operated by PL and his brother, Andy Frenchtoast, another polymath specializing in sonic and visual manipulation…

ADÉ HAKIM & CAMDEN MALIK LINK FOR AN ABSTRACT CHILL VIBE IN “WELL ROUNDED” - ADRIAN RICHARDS
As soon as the song starts, you’re overwhelmed by a unique grouping of drums and melody. Hakim is very well-known for that on his production, this being with [sLUms]. alum Darryl Johnson. Adé comes at you with a barrage of words that’ll take time to slow down and process; he’s definitely been experimenting with different flows. ..
Ski Mask The Slump God - “Carbonated Water” By Mad King James
“Carbonated Water” by Florida rapper Ski Mask The Slump God is a catchy, witty, and unique single sampling XXXTentacion’s introduction from their previous collaborative song “What in XXXTARNATION.” The track was produced by, the now distinguished, Ronny J. In this song he pays tribute to XXXTENTACION, and admits that his nicotine addiction is killing him.
